A GoFundMe campaign has been started to support a young person who has lived in Estevan who was injured in a farming accident in west-central Saskatchewan this week.

Cole Sletten lost his hand in a farming accident near Hazlet. Support for Christina, started by Janet Meyers, notes that Sletten is the son of Christina Turnbull and that he has undergone surgery. There are many more medical appointments to come.

“He will be in the hospital for a period of time and then have extensive physiotherapy. He will eventually be fitted with a prosthetic.”

All funds raised will go towards assisting them with medical and travel expenses incurred as a result of this accident.
