The City of Weyburn wishes to remind the public that if you are operating a business out of your home, you must first obtain a Home Occupation Permit and a Business License.
A home occupation may be considered a “controversial use” under the current Zoning bylaw, and require neighborhood notices and Council’s review if any clients are being directed to the home. But all home occupations require a permit.
