A domestic disturbance on the night of Oct. 15 led members of the Estevan Police Service (EPS) to a residence on the south side of the city.
The two people involved in the disturbance were spoken to and no further police action was required.
On that same evening, a 29-year-old man was arrested and charged with impaired driving and driving while his blood-alcohol level was above .08 per cent. He now has a Nov. 26 court date.
