The Weyburn Independent Riders are led by Laurie Norman and Santa Claus (a.k.a. Don Sealy), at right, as they head west on Railway Avenue on Saturday afternoon for the annual Toy Run, held to collect toys and cash donations for the Salvation Army, as they collect items and money to be used in Christmas hampers. The run started out from the parking of the Weyburn Junior High, out to 16th Street down to Railway, then up Second and down Third Street through the downtown area before heading up to South Hill and ending at River Park, where the toys and cash donations were preseted to the Salvation Army.
