For anyone wishing to receive email updates from the Government of Saskatchewan’s Business Response Team, they can do so through the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy page (CEWS). Applications for the subsidies became available as of April 21.

Canadian employers with businesses affected by COVID-19 are eligible for subsidies of 75 per cent of employee wages for up to 12 weeks, retroactive from March 15, 2020, to June 6, 2020.
This federal wage subsidy is designed to enable employers to re-hire workers previously laid off as a result of COVID-19. Moreover, these subsidies are meant to prevent further job losses and better-position Saskatchewan’s businesses and businesses across the country to resume normal operations following the crisis.
