Members of the Weyburn Fire Department look over the semi truck at the scene of a collision with a train at the Queen Street rail crossing just off Highway 39 late Wednesday afternoon. The fire fighters were ensuring there was no leak of fuel or other materials at the crash site; the truck had been hauling a gravel trailer that was loaded with sand, and the trailer ended up wrapped around the front of the engine, separating it from the truck. The driver had minor injuries, and was treated at the Weyburn hospital then released a short time later. The city police are jointly investigating the collision with the CP Police.
