Fiddler Donna Turk, at left, led a group of young fiddlers in playing some songs on a float in the Stoughton Daze parade on Saturday morning. Members of the group are planning to take a trip to Cape Breton Island to take in a major fiddling competition there later this year. The parade had a good representation of floats from businesses and organizations, including the Lions Club and 4-H, to celebrate Stoughton Daze held over the weekend. Stoughton Daze had many events, including a show-and-shine, bouncy castles, children's activities, beach volleyball and paintball target shooting, and on Sunday there was a walk-run fundraiser event, a fun horse show, and the Redneck Races.
