Pangman Pokey-moms

Pangman residents Melissa Kimball, Patti Gurskey, Carri Henheffer and Amber Omoth headed to Regina on Aug. 16 to compete in the Charity Championship hosted by Casinos Regina and Moose Jaw.

The girls had been collecting donations for their charity, the Deep South Personal Care Home in Pangman, leading up to the event to help them earn a point multiplier for the big day.

Through generous donations the girls collected $34,800 and started the race with a 10x multiplier. This was an amazing race type competition between 20 teams with many different challenges to earn points.

“The Pokeymoms” came out on top, winning $10,000 for their charity. The ladies had a blast and ended up donating a total of $44,800 to the Deep South Personal Care Home.
