Scouts and guides from all levels in Weyburn took part in the parade meant to signify the light guiding and scouting provides in the children's lives and maintaining the light and values of guiding and scouting for the world to see. The parade has taken place in Weyburn for over 50 years, though it was recently moved from February to October so that the weather was better, especially for the very young children.
