Red Wings players helped players from the Atomc Gold Wings girls hockey team as they picked up teddy bears thrown onto the ice at the Red Wings first goal in their game against the Melville Millionaires on Saturday night. The teddy bears were gathered and presented to the Salvation Army for their Christmas hampers and for families in need. The first goal was scored by Jordan Kazymyra about seven minutes into the first period.
