Members of the Estevan Police Service arrested one person for a couple of charges on Tuesday.
As a result of a traffic stop in the downtown core, a 42-year-old woman from Glen Ewen is facing charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
She was released with conditions to appear in Provincial Court in June.
Charges of driving while impaired by drug are pending the results of the testing of blood samples.
Also on Tuesday, members attended to a two-vehicle collision on King Street. One vehicle was towed and a female youth was charged with driving without due care and attention under the Traffic Safety Act.
Members received a complaint of a mischief to a motor vehicle in the 500-block of Fourth Street. As a result, a 30-year-old man was arrested and charged. He was released with conditions for court in April.
Police conducted a conditions check on a local person on conditions of a release order. He was found in breach of multiple conditions and was subsequently arrested. He was held in custody and appeared in court on Monday. The police continue to investigate and more charges are pending.
