Volunteers from the Estevan Oil Technical Services group cut up freshly-cooked lobsters as attendees of the steak-or-lobster supper at the Saskatchewan Oil and Gas Show go through the lines on June 6 at the Curling Rink. There were around 1,100 people fed. The Oil Show’s golf tournament was held earlier in the day, and the show opened on Wednesday on the Weyburn exhibition grounds.
