RCMP continues to field calls for COVID-19 violations

The RCMP in Saskatchewan handled dozens of calls related to COVID-19 in recent days, but didn't have to lay any charges. From May 22-28, there were 62 calls for service related to COVID-19.

The RCMP in Saskatchewan handled dozens of calls related to COVID-19 in recent days, but didn't have to lay any charges. 

From May 22-28, there were 62 calls for service related to COVID-19. Thirteen complaints were for large gatherings of over 10 people.

There were also three complaints of people failing to self-isolate when allegedly required to do so, and 46 other COVID-19 related complaints.

The public health order is still in place and the RCMP continues to work closely with Saskatchewan Health Authorities to investigate any potential violations of the order.
