Four members of the Regina Symphony Orchestra, known as the Ambiance Music Combo, perform music from a wide range of genres, as they entertain at the Comp Cafetorium on Mar. 18 for the Wor-Kin Shop fundraiser concert. From left they are Curtis Scheschuk on double bass; David Johnson and Brian Johnson, both on violin, and Lisa Simmermon on marimba. They played selections ranging from Willie Nelson to the Beatles, and ended with duelling violins in "The Orange Blossom Special". The concert helped draw in donations which have brought their fundraising total to around $300,000, with the ultimate goal to reach $500,000 so they can proceed and build a new day program building for their programs in Weyburn.
