Weyburn Peewee PAR Contracting Ravens player Alex Severson, No. 20, ran with the ball, and in spite of the efforts of a player with the Moose Jaw Peewee Lions, he ended up running down the field for a Weyburn touchdown, in the opening game of the season for Weyburn Minor Football on Labour Day Monday at Darold Kot Field. The Ravens defeated the Lions by the score of 53-0. The Ravens and the Comp Eagles will both play on Saturday, Sept. 9 at Darold Kot Field, with the Ravens starting at 11 a.m. and the Eagles at 1 p.m.
