Time to go out

These days cattle trailers are often a sight on the roads in southeast Saskatchewan. Pastures are nice and green and most farmers, who’ve spent a lot of time feeding over winter, are taking herds away from the yards.

These days cattle trailers are often a sight on the roads in southeast Saskatchewan.

Pastures are nice and green and most farmers, who’ve spent a lot of time feeding over winter, are taking herds away from the yards.

After half a year with no grass, cows dumped out in the fields go what the Danes call dancing.

They jump, run, kick back and in all other possible ways show signs of excitements, almost forgetting about their precious baby calves, some of which were born not that long ago.
