“Tulip” the clown had children smiling and laughing as she put on a show for them at the Weyburn Public Library on Wednesday. “Tulip” is a character portrayed by Rhonda Donais, who is a member of Ocean Man First Nation, and has been performer and storyteller for over 20 years.
