SaskPower issued a statement on Thursday that a serious safety incident involving two SaskPower employees occurred, and both individuals have died as a result of their injuries.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with their families, friends and coworkers,” said the statement by the Crown corporation’s media relations.
“Safety is SaskPower’s number one priority. SaskPower is working with authorities as internal and external investigations continue,” said the statement.
No further details were release about where or when the incident occurred.
