A severe thunderstorm watch was issued for Estevan for much of Tuesday.
According to the advisory, issued at 12:31 p.m. conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.
The advisory was lifted just before midnight. Estevan did receive a thunderstorm and some rain, but it wasn't enough to warrant a severe thunderstorm warning.
