For the second straight day, a severe thunderstorm watch was issued for the Estevan area.
Environment Canada issued the watch Thursday afternoon at 3:29 p.m. According to the advisory, conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.
But at 5:07 p.m., the watch had been lifted.
