A family walks up Saskatchewan Drive as water flows at a very high rate through the culvert going under the road on Sunday afternoon, as the water appeared not far from flowing over the road. The runoff has just started in earnest in the Weyburn area after a few days of very warm temperatures over the weekend; Weyburn is on the edge of an area set to have a "very high runoff" this spring, according to the Water Security Agency.
