Assault

            There was an assault reported in Redvers, but no charges were laid.

            An assault at Kenosee Lake resulted in charges.

Assistance

            Members are preparing for Remembrance Day and attending services in Red Serge.

            Individuals’ release conditions were modified, so RCMP conducted checks to ensure they were being followed.

            Members provided assistance in mental health calls and child welfare calls.

            An individual called about a photo being shared on Facebook. RCMP remind people to be careful of what they post on the internet.

Driving infractions

            An individual was stopped and found to be driving while disqualified.

            There was a vehicle stopped for improper signage and it was found the driver was disqualified.

            Patrols were made for an individual in the Carlyle area who was driving while disqualified.

            Two individuals were fined $580 for not having their motor vehicle insured.

            Three people were fined for not stopping at stop signs. Each ticket was for $230.

            An individual was stopped for speeding and ticketed, they were also given numerous inspection tickets for insufficiencies regarding their vehicle.

            Approximately 30 speeders were dealt with in the last week and two high tickets included one for $380 and the other for $396.

            Three seatbelt tickets were issued during this time. Each ticket was for $175.

            A careless driving investigation took place.

            Several inspection tickets were issued.

            An individual was fined $150 for improper or no driver’s licence.

            Two people were charged with unsecure loads; this is a fine of $175.

Fraud

            A fraud occurred and the individual’s bank is helping them address the matter.

            There was a fraud reported in the Carlyle area.

            A fraud was reported in Kisbey.

Alcohol related offences

            An impaired driver was reported in the Wawota area.

            There was an impaired driver reported in the Carlyle area, but the individual was not located.

            An intoxicated individual in a residence left once police were called.

            There was an intoxicated individual from the Carlyle area who was picked up and lodged in cells until sober.

            An intoxicated individual was left at the gas station at Kenosee Lake. The individuals the intoxicated person was with drove away without paying for gas. The intoxicated person was lodged in cells until sober and the payment for gas was made.

 

Mischief

            At the school in Redvers the sign was damaged and letters were taken.

            Someone had done power turns on the golf course and in the parking lot in Redvers.

            There was a complaint in the Carlyle area of someone walking around the caller’s property.

            In Carlyle an individual reported finding flashlights around their vehicle.

            There was graffiti on the new Lions pathway in Wawota which is currently under investigation.

Theft

            An attempted theft occurred in the Redvers area of an ATV.

Uttering threats

            There was a report of someone uttering threats in the Carlyle area. This matter is currently under investigation.
