District track meet will be held on May 23 at WCS to choose a team to go to SHSAA provincial track meet On June 1st and 2nd.
Graduation will take place on Wednesday, May 30th. The ceremonies are open to the public and will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the WCS gymnasium. A punch reception at 2:00 p.m. is also open to the public. The ticket-only banquet will take place at 5:30 p.m. at the Weyburn Curling Club, followed by a small program, dance and then the Chem-Free Grad party.
WCS staff will be working hard during the summer to prepare for the 2012 Canadian Student Leadership Conference, which will be held in Weyburn from September 25 to 29. Billet volunteers are greatly appreciated, as 800 students will require accommodations during the conference. Forms are available online at cslc2012.ca/en/volunteer/billeting.
