Two athletic seasons have come to an end with the Eagle's football team and boys' soccer team unable to advance in the SHSAA playoffs. On the other hand the girls' soccer team advanced to SHSAA provincials October 24 and October 25 in Saskatoon. This weekend the senior girls' volleyball team is in a tournament in Saskatoon, the senior boys' team will be in Moose Jaw and the junior girls' will be at a tournament in Moosomin.
The entrepreneurship class went on a field trip to Regina on October 23.
The Cugnet Centre will be hosting the annual Weyburn Communithon this weekend (October 24 and 25) with most of the school musical groups performing along with a number of individual students.
