A 48-year-old female woman who had been assaulted attended Weyburn police station on Sept. 10. Her nose had been bleeding; she had bruising on her face and a black eye. The suspect, a 51-year-old male was arrested the following day.

He was charged with assault causing bodily harm and was released on the following conditions, to keep the peace and be of good behavior, and he is not to have any contact with the victim.
Police received a call regarding an accident in the northwest area of the city on Sept. 9. A 31-year-old male had driven out of a parking lot, across the street and hit the guard rail at a school. The man was found in his vehicle when officers arrived. He was arrested for impaired driving and taken into custody. He was charged with having care or control of a vehicle while over .08 and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Police received a call about a two-vehicle accident in the northeast area of the city on Sept. 9. A 24-year-old male had collided with a parked vehicle and backed into a second vehicle. He drove to his residence, parked and went into his house. Officers located the individual and called EMS and the man was transported to the Hospital. He was charged with failing to report an accident, driving without due care and attention and he may be charged with impaired driving.
A 20-year-old male reported that his vehicle had been damaged while it was parked in his garage on Sept. 11. He suspected that other tenants from his residence had damaged the vehicle. The incident is under investigation.
A concerned parent called Weyburn police about her 16-year-old son on Sept. 9, who stated that he wasn't coming home. Victim Services was offered to the parent and she accepted the referral.
A 36-year-old male attended the Weyburn police station on Sunday, after being assaulted by a 33-year-old female. He provided a statement but did not want charges laid in the incident.
A vehicle drove through a crosswalk and nearly hit a crossing guard on Friday; the license number was provided. The incident is under investigation.
Police received a driving complaint from a 16-year-old female on Friday who stated that the suspect vehicle sped past two other vehicles. An officer located and warned a 21-year-old male about his driving actions.
An officer on patrol found a 22-year-old male passed out beside a local bar on Saturday. He was arrested for being drunk in public and lodged in cells overnight until he was sober.
Police received an alarm from a local bar on Sunday. When officers arrived they found an open window, the building was searched and nothing was found.
Police received a call regarding a suspicious male on Sept. 8. Officers attended a residence and found a 22-year-old male who had asked the homeowner for "weeds". The man was given a warning and sent on his way.
Police received a noise complaint on Sunday. A 34-year-old female was warned about the noise. A 22-year-old female reported that culprit(s) entered her vehicle and stole her wallet on Sunday. Police are investigating the theft.
