The Quota International of Weyburn’s Women of the Year Awards luncheon and nominees tea is postponed. The intention is to reschedule on a future “healthier” date.
The luncheon that would have celebrated 20th anniversary this year was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, April 8 at McKenna Hall.
The Quota supports hearing and speech through donations of FM hearing systems to schools, daycares and long-term care centres, and they support a Southeast College scholarship and an award at the Weyburn Music Festival. The Quota has also supported the Festival of Carols for the past 66 years.
