For the second consecutive weekend, a wind warning has been issued for Estevan and other areas in southeast Saskatchewan.
According to an advisory issued by Environment Canada at 7:22 a.m. Saturday morning, strong southeasterly winds of 70 kilometres per hour, gusting to 90 kilometres per hour, will develop in southern Saskatchewan this afternoon.
Damage to buildings, such as to roof shingles and windows, may occur. Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage.
These winds will gradually subside this evening.
