John VanWinKoop, at left, is presented with the Fred Garner Memorlal Award for the outstanding member of the year for the Weyburn Wildlife Federation, by Darryl Seitz, at the Wildlife Federation’s annual banquet and awards night on Saturday evening in the Cugnet Centre. This was the top award given by the federation at their annual trophy night, with trophies presented for the best fish and wildlife taken in 2016.
