The collision occurred at 10:19 a.m. on Highway 6, at a location 12.7 km north of Corinne.
The passenger in the SUV was taken by ambulance to a Regina hospital and later died as a result of her injuries.
The RCMP have not released the name, age or hometown of the deceased.
The cause of the collision is being investigated, and a traffic analyst was on the scene.
