It's been three years since the establishment of the South East Saskatchewan Search and Rescue (SESKSAR) chapter of Search and Rescue Volunteer Association of Saskatchewan (SARSAV) – a volunteer organization trained to become a resource for policing agencies in cases when someone goes missing. Mercury is looking into how the chapter gets activated in case someone goes missing.
