The Estevan Raiders and Raiderettes juvenile broomball teams both played at a tournament in Odessa on the weekend. The Raiders finished second, losing to Odessa in the final.

The Bruins have traded 18-year-old right winger Dylan Schellenberg to the Camrose Kodiaks. Schellenberg, who was picked up from the Drumheller Dragons in November, is the player to be named later in the Connor Milligan trade earlier this year.

The Bruins have chosen their two goalies to move forward with and Derek Tendler is the odd man out. He was released by the team yesterday, with Keith Cassidy saying they are "mutually parting ways.
