The second round of Provincial Play saw the Carlyle Pee Wee Team meet Esterhazy. It was Cougar versus Flyer, blue versus navy, oil versus potash.

The Weyburn Red Wings and Estevan Bruins traded hometown losses during a home and home road trip this past weekend. Ironically they were 5-2 scores in both games.

This evenings game at the Civic auditorium between the Estevan Bruins and the Notre Dame Hounds has been postponed due to weather. The game is rescheduled for Monday February 21th at 2 p.m. in the Civic Auditorium.

The Estevan TS&M bantam AA Bruins were on the road for a trio of contests this past week. They were in Regina on Saturday where they skated to a 6-6 tie with the Canucks.

The Estevan peewee female Bulldogs were in Minot, N.D. this past weekend for the Minot Invitational Girls 12U "Ice Breaker" tournament. The Bulldogs played very well, coming up just short of winning the tournament.
