More than 50 young hockey players displayed their game over the weekend at the Estevan Bruins spring camp.

The Estevan Bruins spring camp was a glimpse of a team that is going to be very different from years past. The makeup of the Bruins in the 2011-12 season is not only going to be younger, but also a fast, highly skilled group of hockey players.

Tom Copeland takes over the reins as head coach of the Southeast Legacy Twins midget AAA baseball team this season.

Submitted by Tacey King Marley's Dance Effex took dancers to The Regina Showcase over the weekend. Some of the competing clubs came from Regina, Moose Jaw, Vibank, Wynyard and Weyburn.

Members of the Weyburn Skating Club participated in the 2011 SaskTel Jean Norman Competition, recently.

The Estevan Bruins camp will be breaking the ice this weekend.
