The Woodlawn Golf Club is closing in on the final design stages of a planned reconstruction of the back nine holes. The latest designs will be presented to the membership during the annual general meeting at the clubhouse on Feb. 28.

The Estevan Midget A Bruins went to Brandon over the weekend and brought home the top prize with a 5-0 record. In round robin play, they beat Holland 8-2, St. Boniface 7-5, and Beausejour 9-1.

The Estevan Baxter Cougars midget A team dominated the Melville Miss Mills on their own turf Friday night, besting their opponent 8-1. Paige Collopy kicked off the scoring for the girls in the first period with a goal 13:19.
