It’s been an amazing start into football for me and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience during the first 12 months.

The 15U Vipers have been working hard this year and their efforts are paying off. They travelled to Regina on Thursday, April 11 and 12, where they competed in the Great Canadian Oil Change Extreme 15U tournament.

The 33rd annual Estevan Strippers Spring Bust hockey tournament concluded on April 12 as 36 teams competed over five days.

The Estevan Mermaids Synchronized Swimming Club brought home numerous of medals after competing at Sadie Calder Knight Provincial Championship Meet in Regina on April 11 and 12. There were eight other teams competing at the event.

Estevan offers many sports programs and facilities around the community whether it’s soccer, baseball, golf and even wakeboarding. But just recently, there has been a cricket team added to the mix.

The Moose Mountain Archery Club enjoyed final sessions until autumn. The club formed last October as the Moose Mountain Wildlife Federation funded its creation obtaining targets, bows, arrows, and a backing behind the targets to catch arrows.
