Elon Musk is no stranger to Saskatchewan. Back in 1989, Musk spent six weeks working on a cousin’s farm near tiny Waldeck, just outside of Swift Current.

The editor: “Every single Canadian wants to see less gun violence and safer communities.” While I would agree with the sentiment of that statement from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, I disagree with the way he intends to get there.

Sitting on a coffee table in our living room are two thriving plants, one, a poinsettia, and the other, an assortment of spring flowers. So, big deal I say (and perhaps, you would too).

The edtitor: As a concerned citizen and taxpayer of the town of Carlyle, I want to bring the proposed new splash park to your attention. The proposed location is in Centennial Park, which is on the corner of Main Street and Mountain Drive.

There are a number of reasons why we take good ol’ SaskPower for granted … and maybe sometimes even dislike it.
