Caroline Thackeray passed away peacefully in Edmonton, AB at the age of 87 on February 6, 2016.

The Pioneer Woman Sculpture committee has been busy acknowledging donors to their fundraising. Thank you cards have been sent and presentations have been made.

By Sabrina Kraft Hockey fans are enjoying a much brighter experience, after new LED lights were installed into Crescent Point Place and the Tom Zandee Sports Arena. It is also a much better playing surface for hockey teams.

The community of Weyburn has come together to form the Weyburn Syrian Refugee Committee to help alleviate the refugee crisis, even in a small way. The committee consists of 24 individuals representing a broad cross-section of the Weyburn community.
