A summer storm rolls away from Weyburn on Thursday evening, with the setting sun visible just behind the dark clouds. The storms moved quickly through the province, bringing hail to some regions - plus sheets of rain and high winds to many others.

In early morning hours of July 22, Weyburn Police Service members conducted a traffic stop. As a result of the stop both vehicle occupants were arrested. A 25-year-old female passenger is facing charges of possession of stolen property.

Warm weather is helping many crops in the Weyburn region to advance and develop, with some rain received to help the crops mature and fill.
