October colder in city than previous years and norms

Weyburn got very little snow in October, but nonethless it was colder in Weyburn this month than average. The average temperature was 2.7 degrees Celsius, with an average high temperature of 8.1 degrees and an average low of -2.7 degrees Celsius.
