November 28, 1929 – January 29, 2018

On Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the age of 90, surrounded by his family, Roy Sjostrand passed away at the Lampman Community Health Centre. He was born on August 14, 1927 on the farm at Midale, Saskatchewan to Andrew and Christina Sjostrand.

On Friday, February 9, 2018 Andrea passed away peacefully with family by her side at the age of 59 years.

Signa Gladys Lamoureux, late of Radville, formerly of Minton, passed away on February 5, 2018 at the age of 84 years.

The best music from country, soul and rock-and-roll will be featured in a concert to be hosted by the Weyburn Rotary Club on Friday, March 23 at the Cugnet Centre.

The Weyburn U14 Cobras volleyball club team came home with a gold medal from a Sask. Cup tournament in Saskatoon over the weekend. This was a 31-team tournament, with teams from around the province taking part, and the Cobras were undefeated.
