The Weyburn Synchro Stars hosted the Marnie Eistetter Figures Meet on November 18. This was Synchro Saskatchewan’s first competition of the 2017-2018 season. The competition was held at the Weyburn Leisure Center.

The Weyburn RCMP responded to a report of a sudden death at an industrial site in the Radville area at approximately 10:30 a.m. on November 22, 2017. A 33-year-old male from Pilot Butte, Sask. was located deceased at the scene.

On November 8, 2017, Mr. Marvin Aitken of St. Paul, Alberta, passed away at the age of 82 years.
