Accessible swing is installed at Elks Park

The City of Weyburn completed the installation of an accessible swing at Elks Park. The swing completes the accessible playground that was started last year.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carol Anne Sproule of Weyburn. Carol passed away at the Weyburn Special Care Home on July 12, 2017 at the age of 62, after a two year battle with cancer.

The skies over Weyburn were brilliantly lit up by a lightning bolt as a thunderstorm went through Weyburn late on Thursday evening, bringing rainfall to some of the region after being extremely dry for the past few weeks.
