CN Rail crews came upon a disturbing sight on March 18. At the side of a bridge outside of Runnymede, they discovered 11 dead dogs, discarded at the side of the tracks. Rail supervisor Alex Husak was one of the people who discovered the dogs.

Break and Enter in Canora The Canora/Sturgis RCMP members are requesting the public's assistance in solving the following crime. Between March 14 and March 21, a garage was broken into on Third Street East in Canora and a black arc welder was stolen.
