The Canora Peewee Cobras travelled to face the Grenfell Spitfires on March 12 in Game 2 of a best-of-three series for the C final in the Major Hockey League.

Members of the River Ridge Fish and Game League who did well hunting, fishing and taking wildlife photographs during the past year were recognized at the association’s 28 th annual awards banquet on March 4.

On March 4 about 60 people took part in the World Day of Prayer Service held at St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church in Rama. The 2017 Service was prepared by the women of The Philippines.
