Child Action Plan to have its own premises

The Canora Child Action Plan (CAP) will begin operating out of its own premises beginning January 1. During the December 15 meeting of Canora town council, an offer from CAP to rent the building for $300 a month was accepted by town council.

With between 200 and 300 customers making the Legion Dugout feel overcrowded at times, the Christmas Mini Market on Sunday was very successful, exceeding all expectations, said Candace Doogan, the organizer.
