One woman is dead following a three-vehicle collision near Ebenezer November 10.
Canora RCMP reported that a 76-year-old woman driving northbound on Hwy 9 crossed the centre line into oncoming traffic. Her Honda Civic collided with a southbound Ford Ranger driven by a 57-year-old woman carrying an 84-year-old female passenger. Both were from the Preeceville area.
The initial collision led to a second crash as a Hyundai Veracruz, also southbound, also collided with the Honda. That vehicle also had two occupants, a 62-year-old female driver and 69-year-old male passenger from Canora.
The driver of the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene. All the other people involved in the incident were transported to hospital in Yorkton with non-life threatening injuries.
