Police are seeking a male suspect responsible for an armed robbery of the Theodore branch of Cornerstone Credit Union last Thursday. At 3 pm on August 25, Yorkton Rural RCMP were called to Theodore by employees of the credit union.

Major Ron Haskell retires from the Army

After 37 years, Major Ron Haskell retired from the army on 29 July. For the past seven years he had been serving as the Battery Commander of 64 Field Battery here in Yorkton, but his career extends much further back than that.
