The fate of an off-leash dog park for Yorkton is in the hands of dog owners.

The Innovation Saskatchewan Board of Directors has approved $1.9 million in research and development funding for the 2013-14 fiscal year to develop Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) technologies.
