John Anderson, General Manager of the Days Inn and Suites and Stephen Whelan, a principal of the hotel, announced their sponsorship with Ross Fisher of The Health Foundation. Mr. Anderson presented a cheque for $1,000 to Mr. Fisher.

Weekly earnings up in May

Average weekly earnings in Saskatchewan increased 4.8 per cent in May 2013 compared to May 2012. The increase was almost twice the national average of 2.5 per cent and the second highest among the provinces.

Yorkton hosts search and rescue
