It was an excited group of Saskatchewan Roughrider fans that waited at the Co-op grocery store in Kamsack on Sunday for the arrival of Jonathan Newsome and AC Leonard.

In less than a month, Saskatchewan residents interested in serving in an elected municipal office will have had to have their nominations submitted.

Cathay Wagantall, Yorkton-Melville MP, met with members of Kamsack town council last week to hear concerns for the upcoming session and discussed infrastructure and grant structures with council members.
